Clinical Application Support Officer
About the Role
We’re seeking a Full Time proactive and customer-focused Clinical Application Support Officer to deliver high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across our clinical systems. In this role, you will log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, provide on-floor, phone and online support to end users, and escalate complex issues appropriately. You will play a key role in testing, training and go-live activities, contribute to system improvements and digital projects, and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge resources. Working closely with clinicians, operational teams and vendors, you will ensure systems are safe, effective and aligned with governance requirements, while demonstrating strong communication skills, technical capability and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional practice.
