About the Role

Casual Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 2

We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to contribute to our pharmacy team's quality and efficiency in a specialist public hospital, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. This role offers the chance to develop clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped state-of-the-art department.

This position is responsible for ensuring effective, efficient and personalised clinical pharmacy service to the highest ethical, legal and professional standards within hospital policies and legal requirements. 

 

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions
  • Previous clinical pharmacy experience in an Australian hospital setting
  • Proven clinical pharmacy practice skills
  • Ability to respond to medicines enquiries
  • Interest in developing skills in ophthalmology and ENT
  • Flexible availability to cover casual hours on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
