About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to work with a range of departments at the Eye and Ear to improve service delivery and care for patients, along with the work environment for staff.  Building improvement capability, working with staff to support the implementation and evaluation of change ideas, along with supporting projects in areas are essential components of this role.

The successful applicant will have an understanding of the application of improvement science, change management and project management within the health care setting.  The ability to engage with staff, develop and implement plans and to evaluate outcomes will be central to this role. 

 

About you

  • Tertiary level qualification in health-related discipline
  • Experience working within health care sector
  • Understanding of, and ability to apply, improvement methodology
  • Demonstrated track record of working with teams to introduce improvements
  • Demonstrated track record of involvement in change management processes
  • Demonstrated track record of evaluation of improvement activities and projects
