PS&A Support - 5 Month Contract, until the end of June 2026
About the Role
Aligned with the Hospital’s strategic priorities, this role provides operational and back-of-house administrative support within the Patient Services and Access (PS&A) Contact Centre, contributing to service delivery without direct frontline patient interaction.
The position is responsible for enabling a safe, efficient, accurate, and patient-centered referral and communication workflow by supporting core contact Centre functions across telephony and digital systems.
The role contributes to maintaining service efficiency, data accuracy, and excellence in patient experience and is suited to a candidate who can not only fulfil the core requirements of the position but also demonstrate the capability and readiness to step into higher-level responsibilities as required, including providing short-term backfill support for Team Leader roles.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract until the end of June to cover a period of parental leave, with the potential for extension subject to operational requirements.

- Previous experience in reception, switchboard, or contact centre environments
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm
